Andrade Trade Tech LLC, a California limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us") operates andradetradetech.com and the Andrade Trade Tech platform (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights available to you.
This Policy applies to visitors to our website and to users of the Service. It does not apply to information you submit to CBP, your customs broker, or any third party outside our Service.

We honor enabled browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for product analytics. Disabling analytics does not affect essential authentication or security cookies.

We will respond within 45 days, with a possible 45-day extension where permitted by law — this statutory timeline governs formal rights requests under this section (it is separate from the 30-day general response target described in Section 12 for other privacy questions).

The Service currently serves U.S.-based customers only, and we do not currently apply rights frameworks from other states (e.g., Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut) or outside the U.S. If that changes, we will update this Policy with the applicable rights sections.
The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The Service and our infrastructure providers are based in the United States, and the Service currently serves U.S.-based customers only. There are no international data transfers at this time. If that changes, we will update this Policy with applicable cross-border transfer disclosures.
The Service links to official government sources (CBP, USITC, Federal Register, USTR). Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
