Start by searching for an HTS code to see the duty stack, calculated tariff impact, related CSMS communications, and CROSS rulings.
Code tracking and alerts
Save the HTS codes that matter to your imports and the monitoring system watches new CSMS bulletins, Federal Register tariff actions, and CROSS rulings for references to them. When a source affects a tracked code, it is connected to that code with the underlying document and citation—so your team can see what changed without repeatedly searching every government channel.
Every plan includes a daily email digest. Pro and Enterprise plans can use a custom delivery time or near-real-time alerts, and organize related codes into groups with their own alert scope.
The reference database
The database brings together the current Harmonized Tariff Schedule and its revision history from the USITC, CBP Cargo Systems Messaging Service bulletins and attachments, CBP CROSS rulings, and tariff actions published through the Federal Register and USTR. Codes, source documents, effective dates, and citations are connected so you can move from a result back to the government record behind it.
CSMS is checked every 30 minutes. Federal Register actions and CROSS rulings are checked daily, and new HTS releases are checked weekly.
