Ending Collection of International Emergency Economic Powers Act Duties
CBP announces that, per a February 20, 2026 Executive Order, additional IEEPA-based ad valorem duties under several prior executive orders will cease to be collected on goods entered for consumption on or after February 24, 2026, with corresponding HTS numbers deactivated in ACE.
